So, Bryony and Andromeda moved out and they accidentally bought a quite expensive house, leaving us with not that much money. I decided to bring out my trusty (third) genie for some Fortune.

So, turns out this is actually Lila's skin tone.
And it gets even more confusing, with portraits for BOTH babies constantly switching, as well as actual skin tones. It settled down eventually though - Lila has Salem's blue skin and Isaac has my skin.
